describes about our shipping practices and return & exchange policy.
SHIPPING
At this
moment we ship to US only. If you want to ship to any other country, please
contact us first through sales@personalizedmusicbook.com.
We will
ship your product on every Monday. Once the product is shipped,
then we will let you know through e-mail. There will be a tracking number issued
from UPS or USPS that allows for easy monitoring of your purchase. You can easily
track your package using a link provided on the email. If you need us
to ship the product sooner, then please let us know by sending us an email:
sales@personalizedmusicbook.com. We will help you to expedite the shipment
process.
We normally
have all the products in stock, in the event that we don't have your product
in stock then we will immediately let you know.
In order
to help prevent fraudulent use of credit cards, we implement the following policy:
1. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, or Mailbox Suite numbers.
2 .We only ship to the customer authorized on the credit card used to make the
purchase.
RETURN
& EXCHANGE
Since our
products are mainly personalized items, then all sales are final. Please understand
since we cannot re-sell (it's very difficult) your product to another customer.
However we make exception, if you receive a non-working personalized items then
we will be gladly to exchange the items with no extra cost. You just have to
ship the non-working personalized product back to us.
